My expertise lies in the development of comprehensive strategies, idea generation, and solution-based support through statistical surveys, market research, and analysis aimed at achieving growth plans that align with and reflect a company's mission and goals. 

Most recently as former Chief Operating Officer/President at The Broughton Investment Group, I oversaw the management of nearly $30 million in client assets while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and industry-specific rules. By identifying and managing risks associated with investment activities, I created streamlined, automated systems that resulted in reduced man-hours and increased efficiency. I also played a key role in managing budgets and financials, achieving bottom-line savings of $670,000.

In my position as Vice President of Marketing & Branding at The Broughton Investment Group, I led the development of a new web presence, which led to an increase in online exposure by 35% and brand recognition by 40% within a 12-month period.
